Whenever you’re raising a glass this Christmas, these cocktails are sure to be real crowd pleasers
- 4 slices lemon, plus 3 tsp juice
- 50ml Co-op London dry gin
- 4 tsp Co-op clear honey
- 4 cloves (optional)
Divide the lemon slices and juice, gin, honey and cloves, if using, between 2 heatproof glasses, then top each with 125ml boiling water. Stir well before serving.

- 225ml cranberry juice
- 225ml orange juice
- 2 sticks cinnamon
- ½ orange, sliced
Add all the ingredients to a small saucepan, heat gently until piping hot, then pour into 2 heatproof glasses.

- 8 mint leaves, plus extra to garnish (optional)
- 1 tsp ginger, finely grated, plus extra slices to garnish
- Juice of 5 clementines
- 200ml soda water
Place the mint, if using, in a glass with the grated ginger and mix together with the end of a wooden spoon to release the flavours. Add the clementine juice, cover with a coaster and shake to mix. Add a few ice cubes to 2 glasses and strain the clementine juice over.
Top up with soda water and garnish with a few mint leaves and a slice of ginger.

- 6 sprigs rosemary (optional)
- 300ml Co-op apple juice
- 50ml Co-op Imperial vodka
- Juice of ½ lime, plus ½ lime sliced
Place 4 of the rosemary sprigs, if using, in a glass and gently crush a few times with the end of a wooden spoon. Add to a small saucepan, along with 200ml of the apple juice. Heat gently for 2 mins, then increase the heat slightly and simmer for 5 mins until reduced by half. Leave to cool then remove the rosemary. Add the vodka, lime juice and the rest of the apple juice, and mix. Place some crushed ice and the remaining rosemary sprigs in 2 cocktail glasses, decorate with a slice of lime, then pour in the apple vodka and serve.
